There must have been a fair number of people so turned off by Howard they didn't watch because I know several in my circle alone who watched their very first episode ever of AGT, myself included.

Yea but are you going to watch the next episode? I couldn't get through 30 mins of a 2 hour show... If this is the high point in the ratings it could get ugly.

Howard at 60 something isn't the same person than Howard in his 30s? No loving poo poo. People grow up and evolve. Howard's show from 15 years ago has been passed by the culture and that isn't a bad thing either.

My favorite Stern shows, as has been the case for probably like 20 years is the day after some dumb awards show when he plays back the audio and goofs on it. Always great.
