Pets are great subjects for getting to know a new piece of gear and experimenting. They rarely get upset when looking at the results of the shoot.





One of these days I am going to set up a 'jumping cat' shoot. The last time I tried I couldn't convince either of the stubborn buggers to jump at anything.

As well you should be, though I would strongly consider getting corrective surgery for the dog's vision. Too many dogs break their glasses.

A little while back there was a goon that did some amazing jumping cat shots with nice clean (white seamless, I think) backgrounds. Does anyone remember who that was?
