The Aeron would certainly get my vote between those. It's hard to beat the rear end-hammock. I've had mine for almost 8 years now, and it's held up through a lot of gaming, a lot of work, and a lot of me just being a 300+ lb guy that broke Office Depot/Staples specials every year.
