I'd wanted a more versatile high end P&S for a while, after seeing lots of great shots taken with them on various photographers' blogs, but was sceptical about the range of shots that a P&S could satisfactorily capture. I e-mailed a lot of people, and many confirmed that the images they posted were those the camera was capable of taking rather than the full range of shots they wanted/attempted - a bit disappointing. I'm certain that a Contax T3 would do everything I ever want and solve all problems in my life, but I'm not willing to pay that much. I recently got a Leica Minilux, because I was offered it for a bargain. Just one roll through it so far; seems to do what I want. I also use a Minox 35ML, which could almost fit in this thread but uses scale focus. -- More camera porn:
