I once had to sign an "ethics contract" to work at a Nazarene University. Apparently, both smoking cigarettes AND lottery scratch tickets were fireable. It's a miracle I lasted over three years there. Edit : And attending a dance. Can't forget that.

I do a lot of sports betting, but not at high levels. I normally "win" football seasons, I do ridiculously well on baseball which I hate, and then lose my winnings on MMA. I picked Serra by knockout of GSP and turned a twenty into two hundred a decade ago. I think that was my last good MMA bet, ever. Well, Derrick Lewis, that was up there.

I'm going on blackout because of a time delay, but betting on a Chael submission is like betting on Fedor winning via decision. It ain't gonna happen. Chael turns people to paste, Fedor turns people into paste and punches. Bet accordingly. (Please GOD let me be wrong) (I put a moral fiver on Chael)

I love pool hustling stories.  Had a Yoder, Lee, Barbarena, Zombie parlay/round robin. Barb was supposed to be parlay padding, and he was the one that lost. Cost me about 40 bucks. Still, not bitching. My round robin made money.
