Part 1 was fantastic - I put it on all the time while I'm developing film in my darkroom. (mentioning that for aliencowboy, fellow Dork Room Goon) I didn't know Part 2 was coming out already!

I wasn't at the show, but I used to be good friends with the Braveyoung guys (I'm wearing the guitarist's slippers right now - long story), and they work hard as hell. Definitely support them if they come near you!

Meanderthal is a pretty heavy ("Grenades") and pretty catchy ("Healer") album. I haven't listened to Songs for Singles but from I heard it seemed pretty forgettable. I'm hearing great things about the new album though so I'm excited to check it out.

I hadn't really listened to the single releases except for "Take My Bones Away"... but holy poo poo "Eula" is an amazing closer. I've been listening to that song on repeat for the last 20 minutes.
