Binge posted:My hardest thing with autocross has always been the course layout. The last one I did, I missed a turn every single time. When the course has sections that criss-cross, my poor brain begins to fail. Would drawing myself a little map and taping it to my dash or something help? I always try to get a few ride alongs.

The RE-11A are great in the wet, and Advan Neova. They just came out with the R-S3 in 195/50/15, that's what I wish I'd got (instead of the Bridgestones).

  Kinch Reindl's Civic beat me by 3 seconds. His car is more then 200 lbs lighter and his springs are nearly twice as stiff, makes mine look like an SUV. Chalk or flour lines make it pretty easy, and simple course designs. At one event this January 50-60 people were picking up DNF's. At that point it's likely a design problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBVGJWACzBc Here I get 1st in STC by 7 hundredths...
