Zeuhl: Dec 15, 2009; hand is free

Sometimes certain downloads will show 0kb/s speed and 23123133:313123 download remaining, but the amount of MB downloaded keeps going up. Does anyone know what this means exactly? Will the download finish if I keep it going?

(I'm using my ISP's free Usenet and using the new SAB if that helps)
