I mean, compared to an m lens you have focusing motors, image stabilization stuff, and possibly weather sealing. And then m lenses (especially ones that aren't Leica (which have also been getting larger)) are much more allowed to have imperfections/"character" compared to a mirrorless lens that psychos are going to zoom into 500% on pictures to pick apart
