Doctor Zomb's Stereo Obscura is a completely bizarre radio show on KBOO, a community radio station in Portland, Oregon. It typically plays amazingly strange, obscure music, such as the well-loved recordings of Dion McGregor, who talked in his sleep. Whew, you started a new thread... I was getting worried when I saw the old one closed. Hooray! You should have broadened the thread to open up to all obscure radio shows. WFMU has quite a few as well. It would be good to have updates, suggestions and recordings from the full lot.

Note that it often mixes up Doctor Zomb with the Autonomy Hour for the reason given in the OP. If you're asking about individual songs instead of shows, you'll just have to hope the host mentions it. Some shows have their songlists posted on the site, but many don't.
