I can't imagine that the expense would be worse than a luandromat or sending your laundry out if you don't have hook-ups. Laundromats are a massive loving pain in the rear end. Having laundry machines in your place turns laundry from a miserable chore that you need to practically plan your day around into a simple task that can be done whenever you have a few minutes.
