No offense, but you shouldn't be messing around with SSH or moving files around manually if you're not at least somewhat comfortable with a UNIX-y filesystem and conventions. Just stick to what you can get through Cydia. You've got way more to learn than can be reasonably taught in this thread before you're ready to start manually mucking around with your iDevice.
