More like a replacement for/aborted baby of SBSettings and LockInfo. I'm just happy we don't have to use LockInfo anymore.

So this is the second time I've been screwed over by iOS devs ;)

1.) Tweetie: $$$ (I don't remember how much it cost). Twitter for iPhone 6 months later: FREE
2.) LockInfo: $9.99. Notifications Center: FREE and it looks/behaves better.
