My launch-day iPhone5 has a problem with the sleep button only working 1% of the time. From what I can tell this is a pretty common problem. I'd like to go back to Apple for a replacement, but what should I do with my jailbreak? Will the Apple reps care? Do they backup/restore the phone for you? Do they upgrade to the latest firmware? What are some good jailbreak backup apps on Cydia? I remember using something back in 2009 and it didn't work very well. EDIT: I should read threads. So this might be a stupid question, but if I upgrade to 7.0 is there no way to go back to 6.1.4? Looks like Apple has already stopped signing 6.1.4?
