It's how her species communicates

 So I'm going to try to get started on Vocational Rehabilitation starting in Fall. I know almost nothing about the program. I'm in the middle of getting my degree, lots of G I Bill time left. Anyone doing Voc Rehab and can tell me what to expect?

 How is my school always over charging the VA by like $11-$8. Each of the past semesters I've gotten a "we paid you too much!" letter.
