Woah, $2.20 is dirt cheap. Thats 20 cents more than what the Goodwills around here charge for one record. Well theres the Goodwill bins which charge by the pound but if you think you're going to find anything good there you're sorely mistaken.

Went to goodwill today, picked upa first press of the Isley bros twist and shout LP, which is rare apparently? In all right condition considering it's 49 years old. Also got Mexican presses of 5th Dimension and Ventures 7"s in mint condition, which is weird since they're from goodwill.

I've never been somewhere that didn't have it. I was surprised to find that I didn't do I actually bought it. A taste of honey is a cool song. I bought the one with Spanish flea too cuz I love the poo poo outta that song. I almost bought the reel of it once too but I figured that was pointless ha.

Got a big Ol box of 90s hardcore 7"s from a coworker for $20. I'm pretty sure it was all the poo poo he couldn't make a profit on on eBay, since that's pretty much his second source of income, but there's some cool poo poo mixed with all the no name screamo bandstand garage pink. Highlights include some Policy of 3, Iconoclast, Inkwell, and a Man is the Bastard split. Plus some band I've never heard of that sounds like Mineral but slightly more subdued. I'm down to trade since I knowna few of y'all are into that kind of thing. I'll post my discogs when I get em all in there. Here's a link to where 7"s start on my duscogs. Because I am stupid I cant figure out how to show y'all jut what I'm trying to get rid of, so you'll just have to look past all the $.50 singles and find something piques your interest. Anyway these are some pretty recent additions. Aaaagh so jealous. I have a fairly decent amoutn of roller rink disco jams (Roll Her Skater Her is my favorite), but I'd loove to hit a treasure trove like that.

It's a double LP of ATLiens by Outkast that came in a plain white cover, but it's just the instruments. I am guessing it has something to do with DJ'ing or something because it lists the BPMs next to each song title, but I'm not sure. I have the same thing but mine has a different label. Its not really a trend, a lot of crust punk and had hardcore bands have been putting them since music mags stopped putting them in there.

After listening to the Ultra-Lounge compilations for 2 days straight I had to go out and buy a ton of exotica. Slim pickings for the cheap stuff, but i got some scores in the store's free box, including this gem: Its really pretty ok actually. One of the songs on the b-side (forgot where in the sequence) is actually really beautiful and should not be hidden in the last half of a novelty accordion orchestra album.

In other news I got OG press of Current 93's Earth Covers Earth yesterday and it is beautiful, despite the big smudge/scrape thing on the first track (totally not NM, rear end in a top hat). And in a few days the Warsaw bootleg 12" will be here (their first 3 recordings!) and I will be a happy dude. Getting a smartphone has done wonders for my collection. And not for my bank account.
