Has anyone done the new-ish seafood buffet at Wynn? Or the lobster buffet at Palms? I'm going in February and just trying to budget my stomach space

I know this isn't really addressing your question but I'm here right now and if you have the chance you gotta try this sandwichDeadFatDuckFat posted:Holy poo poo this was good From here https://www.yelp.com/biz/uno-katsu-sando-las-vegas?uid=Rt-sIxGhjHQkamIZxWfm5Q&utm_source=ishare We didn't even get the expensive wagyu one and it was extremely good. It takes them like 20 minutes to make it but you can order ahead online. The japanese bakery next door thats open 24 hours (I think they share a kitchen) was also pretty decent.

Omega mart was cool but I wish the people I went with were more into it. I wanted to take my time and go through all the clues and background materials but everyone else just wanted to keep going We also did the immersive Arte museum thing at Aria. A bit short for what you pay but it was still a fun break from all the usual vegas stuff. Imgur still isnt working on the app so I can't show pics, but its a lot of visual illusion type stuff The above restaurant Crust and Roux was pretty good if you don't mind a heavy meal. I'd recommend getting the seafood roux pizza with the crab and/or the chicken pot pie. The other stuff was still alright but those two were really good

BizarroAzrael posted:Mob Museum, Pinball Hall of Fame Pinball Hall of Fame was a fun time and it was a fairly cheap activity to do. I feel like the mob museum is for a certain demographic. Its definitely a very "Vegas" type of museum. Not sure how to really describe it but I wasn't really a huge fan. CapnAndy posted:For the record, I am not a gambler, though I figure I'll do a bit of gambling just because I'm in Las Vegas. But it's not a major draw for me. Do you follow sports at all? Sports betting is a pretty good way to kill some time if you are. Just plop down like 20 bucks on whatever line appeals to you and watch the game at a comfortable sportsbook. Also, if you get sick of smelling cigarettes, the Park MGM is a no smoking hotel/casino. I don't know if there currently are others on the strip. We walked through it to get gelato at the Eataly there and it seemed nice.

CapnAndy posted:Have any of you been to House of Shattered Prisms at the Luxor? They've got two options, one where you watch live performers and are guided around and one where you just wander the place and there are no live performers, and you'd think "so what is each one of those like and which one should I pick" would be a question someone online has answered, but all I can find is endlessly copy/pasted advertising copy. It looks like its not open until April 20 (lol) unless I'm misreading something
