It's tough to make friends around here.
I'll be in Vegas next month, and I'm planning to visit some off-Strip casinos (specifically Sam's Town, Green Valley Ranch, the Stations, and Orleans). I'd rather not deal with the headache of renting a car, so is it possible/recommended to take the bus to all these places? Or would I be stuck paying out the rear end for cab fare?

Especially if you're doing every Station casino. The drive from Aliante to Sunset to Red Rock to Boulder would bankrupt you. Don't get me wrong - I love Station casinos and do 99% of my gaming there, but they're for locals who drive themselves there. Not the tourists getting there from the strip.
I just checked a fare estimator, and ouch. Maybe I'll rent a car after all. Thanks for the advice.
