I did time at the Luxor and it wasn't pretty. Like others have said its aging badly. Their casino drink service is poor. It was the first of the themed casinos. Though they do offer their players cheap rates. Last email I got from them was a suite for $60 and I'm far from a high roller. Though MGM has merged their player cards so you could get player rates at any of their properties. That's the way I understand it anyway

Could someone recommend a few places to see a concert? I'm headed to Vegas the second week of Sept and would love to see a few local/ regional bands. Edit I'm looking to see bands with original content not cover/jam bands Also a nice dinner place for my wife and me that is vegetarian friendly, a budget of $200.
