The game has an almost creepy quality to it with chat being offline. Sometimes I can see Local chat bubbles but nothing ever shows up in the chat window.. Have they said what they will be adding with the DX11 mode?

I finally got around to checking out the PTS and can't seem to switch builds, but the build I'm in when I copied my character over can have their role changed.. is this a bug? I keep getting a message that roughly says you must wait 0 seconds before you change builds.

I always end up low on energy the first few moments of an Alert now because I'm so used to it simply firing off whenever you have someone in range/targeted.
