Lion is hardly an update on my 2007 white Macbook. Improvements here and there, but I miss out on all the cool gesture stuff because my trackpad is so old. Guess I better start saving for a new laptop...

What's the current best cross-Apple devices email app? I want an app that I can manage my iCloud and Gmail accounts with in one inbox. And, when I archive something in the app I want it to actually archive the message for the account. I tried Spark and it wouldn't actually archive my Gmail messages which was annoying. I know the OP recommend a Airmail but I'm curious what others like.

Is there a way I can use a keyboard shortcut to open a few applications and a Safari window with designated tabs open, all windowed to specific corners of the screen? I have a layout for work that would be nice to bind to a keyboard shortcut if I can. (Yes, I am lazy for wanting to set this up.)
