I'd talk to the dudes at the Mac Store and see if they can transfer your data when popping in the new HD. If not, see if you can still get the replacement drive, pick up a USB caddy and then use Carbon Copy Cloner(free!) to do it yourself.

I can't remember if the hard drives are FRU or not but I'm pretty sure there's guides out there that can walk you through it.
