Lum posted:No, I'd say that was pretty accurate given my experiences with Lenovo tech support. Yep. They told me to RMA a laptop for a driver issue. They spent 45 minutes or so uninstalling then reinstalling the relevant driver and then went "Yeah, ship it back".
