Well, poo poo. Thanks anyway!

Not the solution you want, but I use the Undo Closed Tab button extension. Left click opens up the last closed tab, right click opens a menu for sequentially older closed ones. There's some customisation in it but not much.

Can you post a picture of what that actually does?

I gotta admit that I'm not fully satisfied with FF125 and the CSS tweaks that I've managed to get working so far, so feel free to make fun of it.

(The tab bar seems cramped, I can't get rid of the stupid bookmark star, dragging tabs is too easy, ...)

Here is my previous browser from 2022-2024:

Ah that tab layout takes me back.

Lol @porn tabs, imagine having one pinned just for background noise :a2m:

Does Firefox on Android have proper support for passkeys yet?

Not really. From what I can see, it can read passkeys stored in the Google Password Manager and pass those along for login, but you can't create keys using Firefox. You used to be able to but it was broken in Firefox 119. There is a workaround about :config entry you can create in the beta/nightly versions:

Cheers, I'll take a look. I use Bitwarden which only got website-only passkey support on Android a few days ago. Passkeys will be great once the early adopter phase passes though.
