I guess it shares a title with maybe the band or the album, but that's as far as my knowledge extends. The anime characters are from a anime called "Loveless" which I think is about boys wanting to gently caress each other. I'm not entirely sure as I never bothered to investigate for obvious reasons. There ya go.
