I saw a post about this Australian dream pop/shoegaze band, Futureheaven, somewhere a few weeks ago. I think the music has an early/mid 90s vibe, and the video is a decent attempt at replicating something you might have seen in that era as well. Found this band/songwriter while clicking on other albums on the Bandcamp page from Monster Movie's record label.
