I cant imagine having to do what amounts to putting out a press release for why you are going through a breakup, they're hard enough as it is without having people scrutinizing every detail of your life on the internet Even on a much smaller scale when non celebrity people announce breakups on facebook and twitter and poo poo it's just so bizarre to me

As a celebrity they probably feel as if they owe their followers an explanation even if it's the most private of things and that's just one of the many reasons social media is wack
