I find a "normal" scoop is about 15g. It will vary a small bit, but that seems to be about the average. As far as the water goes, I honestly haven't measure it, but you could probably find out pretty easily by putting the plunger in to the 2, inverting it, filling to the one, then pouring that into a measuring cup. Or weigh it.
