Fun Shoe
I'd like to get an espresso machine for a bit of pep after work. I also want to use it for milk drinks. I got a bit of a bonus at work, so I can splurge a bit. I've been looking at the Profitec Go with a DF64 gen 2 grinder. However, I'm also sorely tempted by the Gagguino mod for the Gaggia Classic Pro. I know I can do it, I'm just not sure it's worth the time investment to build it. Does anyone know if the Gagguino is ultimately going to be a better machine than the Profitec Go?

Total budget is about 2k, so if anyone has alternate recommendations for machine + grinder and accessories, I'd love to hear them!
