I have this one. http://www.amazon.com/LEM-Products-...sausage+stuffer I know it's a little above your range, but I love it. I've tried the auger style ones before and they would just ruin the meat. The plunger ones are much gentler and more consistent with the amount of meat coming out. If you plan on making a lot of sausage then I think it's worth the extra cost.
