I was given a bottle of lavender bitters. It is really strong and expensive. Any ideas?

We've converted a lot of the "I'll have a Martini and by Martini I mean 'Gin Up' crowd" using this recipe because it is really good and it's actually a Martini. What vermouth would you suggest in this?

Life is good in the cocktail bar world amigos I still don't believe you about this 1:1 martini.
