Ploughing through all the DLC and some new mods now, and I got to say I still love this game.

Though the collar mechanics in Dead Money got old in five minutes.

I'm seriously pumped to play the other three DLC though. My only ah, problem with the new Mods as all the female freaks have the dirty tanned freak dude head on them.

Favourite perk of the moment, Sneering Imperialist. That art might be a new avatar at some point for me.

Shame there is no Mod for the uniform though.

I also was originally planing to not take any companions and just be a loner. But I recruited Cass to hand over the Energy Weapon dealers in Freeside and I just couldn't do it. So I guess I'm stuck with her.

You know, you can work with Cass to set up the guys at the Silver Rush and take them down too right? Do so.

And all that laser gun booty is yours!

Kinda sad how your Honest Hearts Companions don't turn up again when you leave too. I got attached to Dino and Dog.

I'm gonna get the GUNZ DLC simply because I got the spare change for it. I'm kind of hoping though they'd do a loose ends minor quest DLC that continues the game after the main storyline for a few more missions and just a general look on how your choices turned out for the Mojave.

Doubt it'd happen though.

I thought the setting was really interesting and the story compelling, I just couldn't really enjoy either of them fully because of how muddy everything was all the time.

Somebody should throw up a gas masks or visors mod or something that doesn't make the fog as half bad as it damage wise or something.

I'm quite surprised there wasn't a unique gas mask for DM.

My best friend is an idiot who still won't play Fallout New Vegas for PC or X-Box 360.

He still is thinking like a fifteen year old and that FF7 (top notch JRPG, but come ON!) is the best RPG ever maaaaan. Weirdest thing is he saw the trailers for this game and got all pumped up then lost interest.

I'm trying to make a melee dude but I just can't do it. I tried in Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3, and now. I can't do it. The temptation to pick up a gun always overpowers me. I did use some console commands to make a guy level 40 and give him the energy swords and all the perks and poo poo and it was pretty fun. I just don't know what it is but that kind of thing seems like a gimmick. I may try lasers, especially now since the GRA added some really cool energy weapons.

I don't know, my playstyle has always been a guns guy. Snipers and shotguns are both hilariously awesome.

Put points in unarmed too, and find Pushy. I had hella fun being a big melee lunk kind of guy. You get all smug in the moments where NPC's attempt to set your weaponless rear end up.
