Don (Hae's new boyfriend) was at work and his boss could vouch for him being there during the murder if I'm remembering the episode correctly. I'm really digging Serial actually. I don't mind that it can be a little meandering I think it gives a pretty good look at what's going on under the hood of the justice system.
