So I owe someone a gift and I've found out their favorite drink is seagrams. So obviously I'll get them that, but is there something similar that's better/rarer that I could get them as well? I know almost nothing about whiskey

Oh yeah, forgot to say thanks for the recs a couple months back, I got my friend crown royal rye and seagrams VO and he really liked them. I've slowly improved my own whiskey tongue as well but not enough to comment
