Just watched this and liked it a lot, even if it was a bit predictable and melodramatic. Yellow Sea is another Korean crime thriller which has been recommended a lot in this thread and is absolutely worth watching as well.

I liked When the Last Sword Is Drawn but it's definitely not an action movie. It's slow, long and character-focused.
