Counterpoint-- I've emailed him a couple of times about various things, and he's written back each time and has been a super nice, cool dude. I think his approach to random pepole responding to his twitter/facebook is pretty sane, actually.

Why can't it be both? Seriously, though, I got my box set a few weeks ago, and it is fantastic. Definitely pro-buy if anyone is on the fence.

Hadn't heard about this until just now, but apparently Tom is in the new season of I Think You Should Leave that comes out in a couple of hours.
