Aranea explicitly mentions other civilizations rose and fell on the relocated earth before the cherubs were hatched there. What's interesting, then, is that the planet is... still sorta devoid of regular Sburb stuff? There's no first guardian, no frog temple. Like as far as is apparent, Gamzee (who I guess time-travels from within the black hole once the earth ends up there?) serves both of those roles, prepping the cherubs to enter the game and presumably providing the Sburb software.
