 Not sure if this is the right place to post this but does anyone know how Google Play works with the Cloud? Some of my songs aren't showing up on my phone but they're on Google Play Online. I've tried hitting refresh in Google Play app and I'm still not getting anything.

 Does anyone know of a good music player? I'm done with Google Music after having it forever. I have about 7 dollars in google play credit and wouldn't care about spending that.
