I'm going through and looking at a lot of keywords. Primarily I'm looking for low competition with 300k monthly hits and $1+ cpc (or a lot more). Am I hunting around the right region or am I a bit out?

I'll check broad if I haven't already. I've been clicking on specific combinations of keywords to see what's on the first page. I'm looking to avoid anything that'll be too tough to compete with. The ones with 300k are the best I've been finding the worse are on the other end with hundreds or thousands of global searches per month. e: My bandwidth speed is capped at the moment but using exact is very refined. Thanks. Still getting combinations with hundreds of thousands of global searches, just exact. I think I'm wrapping my head around this a lot better now.
