After the success a few years ago with my firefighting site, I've kind of kept tabs on stuff that pops up from time to time - tracking what people are interacting with, engaging with, etc.
I've noticed, especially lately, a lot of what I like to call 'right-wing outrage' sites are getting a *ton* of action, at least on facebook. Like, ridiculous amounts of people engaging.

Is it wrong to spin up one of these on my own, even if I know it's all made-up bullshit?

90% of the site admins for those sites also know it's bullshit and do it for the clicks. Those people are fun to engage with like the government conspiracy theorists.
