My innocence has been ruined: Mike Ross says "gently caress" in the video. (Sure, they censor it for some reason, but the fact that I know he said is just awful)

Also, I'd like to throw Ryan Hunter out there as a solid B+ tier. Very insightful commentary, though it can be a bit dry when he's on his own. I thought he did fantastic with S-Kill at Evo, though I understand the Illuminati were a little miffed he wore his Option-Select t-shirt rather than a shirt+tie combo like really everyone else on commentary.

I still think the health nerf, while too extreme in the amount of health they took away, was warranted.

Jmcrofts posted:I very strongly disagree, and would like to hear your reasoning why you think this. I just think he really had just about everything other than a tri-dash starting out, and it was too much. He had among the highest damage in the game, tied (or close to tied) for the best health, flight mode, a good wave dash, super armor, could OTG into a hyper by himself and loop it, etc. A health nerf was the least egregious nerf they could give him, even if they went too far with it, because it didn't really change the way you played him.

cams posted:Spidey is definitely worth learning. In my opinion, the thing that keeps him from being used a lot at the highest level is that his offense requires you to take a lot of chances by moving around a lot and confusing your opponent and making them react constantly, and at that level players can keep up. Wouldn't be surprised to see Combofiend pick up Spider-Man at some point.
