I also enjoy shooting pictures of various tree ornaments either attached or discarded. I don’t think I’ve ever seen pebble soup inside a leaf bowl before. It’s a great subject and I am going to keep an eye out for anything resembling it from now on.

However I do agree that it could be photographed better even without bracketing. Perhaps with the leaf framed width wise and possibly the aperture a couple stops down. Also I’m not sure if the white balance is a bit off or if that’s the intended effect, but to me it looked like I had the blue light filter enabled by accident.

Despite it not being perfect I still think it’s amazing.
