This is a mighty fine recipe for chili, though it has both beans and chocolate so it might offend some. I also make it with fake since since i'm a dirty vegetarian and like to annoy purists as much as possible. I love chili but my main problem living in the UK is a lack of good actual mexican style chilis. I would love to get my hands on some chipotles, but alas.
