The idea of someone shaving their chest hair into a mustache shape is  IMO, the fact that a quick glimpse makes it looks like boobs is largely immaterial after that.

But beyond being a joke, they're also useful in that they help overcome giggleitis, which is pretty toxic to weather/news careers.

Besides, if you're going to spoiler it, at least have the decency to put 'trigger warning' there, because someone could casually skip over the bold/caps text since it doesn't have any triggering trigger in it.
