Some of the show isn't worth watching really, mainly the early stuff. It was by the middle of season 3 that the first good episodes started, and was hit and miss from there. The show is consistently very good from season 9 onwards.

BBC holiday specials for any show are usually extremely terrible on purpose, it's sort of a running gag, if anyone is unfamiliar with how these things work.

I haven't seen this episode yet, however, and it may be unintentionally bad?

Wait am I supposed to know who that guest was? I'm not trying to be a smarmy hipster or something, I honestly think I've never heard of him. I thought it was another UK person I've never been exposed to but apparently not.

I really miss TGUK :(

I even miss the bad episodes.

I'm surprised they didn't bother to explain to the audience why the Nile is special compared to every other river in the world, especially since they mentioned the direction of the flow a couple times. Well, I'm sure James did, but they seemed to have cut it out.

Or perhaps british geography classes are wildly more in depth than 'merican ones?

Technically the two outside wheels are doing the most work in a corner. The inside front wheel should (ideally) be doing nothing of consequence one way or the other.
