A friend of mine ordered me a B&H gift card and they mailed it in an enormous box (like 1x1.5 feet wide, 5 inches tall approx). It included a giant goddamn inch-thick catalog wrapped in bubble wrap, and I had to pay import fees on the gift card  (I am still going to call canada post and dispute this)
