Every time a podcast starts going off about PC-culture I just turn it straight off because it's usually a bunch of white dudes deciding what people should be allowed to be offended by(spoiler: it's only things that would offend white people(males))

Saying something is racist isn't really calling someone a name though? Especially when it's not even a private racist thing but televised and your boss's job performance sort of depends on how likeable he is. Also being called out on doing something racist is in fact not worse than doing something racist
