I assume you refer to the Mental Illness Happy Hour, and although I haven't listened to every episode, the ones that I have listened to have seemed well-conducted and managed to properly balance the sensitive/inquisitive that drives the interview and the comedic that keeps things from getting too heavy for interviewee/audience. Not to say he's flawless in his approach by any means but I think he does a great job of cultivating an environment where people really feel comfortable opening up, even more so than on WTF.
