I really enjoyed the interview with peaches. I've known her music for so long but didn't know the slightest thing about her.

I'm slowly working my way through the old episodes. If you guys have any recommendations, outside of the very famous ones that I already checked, I would definitely like to hear some.

I listened to an old podcast with Big Jay Oakerson today.
I don't even know his comedy, but holy poo poo, his stories about his job as a escort driver and kids party entertainer in a fake Elmo suit are more than worth the listen.

Is that the one with the "Red Blobster" story?

I love Big Jay, he's definitely one of the quickest, funniest guys around. I'd recommend his radio show on Sirius with Dan Soder, The Bonfire. Pretty sure all the episodes are on youtube if you search around.

Yeah that was part of it.

I'll check out that radio show, thanks.

The Neil Strauss episode was interesting. In general I'm not that interested in the non-comedian episodes, usually they have a much less interesting back story. This guy however had some very weird stories.

Thanks for the Cintra tip.
Very good interview with somebody I honestly didn't know.

Thanks for this.

His only issue on Beautiful/Anonymous is that he works too hard on making sure he doesn't offend anyone. Every question and conclusion he draws has about 30 seconds of qualifying statements and disclaimers about how he means no offense and he doesn't want to make the person upset, and his first hangup call has about ten minutes of him agonizing over having made someone relapse into alcoholism, when the guy just had ta go because of work.

That being said, it's a pretty good podcast otherwise.

That "married to a monster" episode was very hard to listen to, but worth it.

It’s the first wtf I have listens to in a long time. The last ones I tried were always Marc interviewing actors and going down an IMDb list, and i turned it off before the end.
But with Leno he has a specific common history to talk about and it becomes very interesting. And there’s always good stories with comics.
I guess the only guys he needs to get on now are John Stewart (hates him?) and Seinfeld (might happen if he runs out of comics for his comedians in cars. I wonder what car he’ll get for maron).
