 Is anyone getting the IE click sound when closing tabs in Chrome 18?

I know the functionality can be duplicated with Add-Ons, but that's one of the things I liked the most about Chrome. It's sad to see it slowly dwindle and eventually go away altogether. :(

In chrome://flags disable these two, and you'll get the old new tab page back.

Did you only have to click developer mode? I have developer mode clicked and I still can't enable any non-web store extensions.
